Terms of Service
These terms explain what you can do with Folioo and your responsibilities when you use it.
Using Folioo
These terms apply to the Folioo workspace, site hosting, AI features, and integrations. Keep your account credentials and integration tokens secure. If you use Folioo for an organization, you must have its authorization.
Your content
You keep the rights you hold in the content you submit. You give Folioo permission to store, process, and deliver it as needed to provide the features you use. That includes displaying files publicly when you publish a site. Upload and share only content you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Use Folioo lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not use it to distribute malware, phish, impersonate others, send spam, or access accounts or systems without permission. Folioo may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, security risks, or legal obligations.
AI output and connected tools
Generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other work. Review code, documents, images, and email drafts before publishing, sharing, or sending them. You are responsible for the actions you authorize and for following the terms of any third party service you connect.
Proposal activity and AI processing
Published proposals use first-party activity tracking. AI features send relevant content to an external AI provider. The Privacy Policy describes what Folioo collects and shares.
Pricing preview
Public pricing describes proposed plans and allowances. Dodo Payments is used for test-mode checkout only. Live billing is disabled. Test transactions do not charge real money or activate paid plans. See the Refund Policy for transaction questions.
Availability and changes
Features and limits may change as Folioo develops, and access can be interrupted by maintenance or provider outages. Keep copies of work you need. If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page. Any rights you have under applicable law still apply.
